Five Willows Events provides event planning, coordination, styled setups, décor services, private picnics, floral styling, rentals, and related event services.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or declined at our discretion.
Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your event date.

Final payment deadlines will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.
Deposits
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Obtain any necessary permissions or venue approvals

Ensure a safe environment for guests and vendors

Be responsible for any damages caused by guests during the event
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are governed by our Refund Policy and any signed client agreements.
Rentals & Damages
Any rental items provided by Five Willows Events must be returned in the condition received. Clients may be charged for damaged, missing, or stolen items.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, photos, and designs are the property of Five Willows Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Photos & Marketing
Five Willows Events may photograph or share images from events for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the event.

Limitation of Liability
