Refund Policy
Deposits & Retainers

Welcome to Five Willows Events. We are committed to creating thoughtful, customized events and experiences for our clients. Because many of our services involve advance planning, custom orders, rental reservations, and scheduling commitments, the following refund policy applies to all bookings and purchases.
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. A deposit secures your event date, planning time, rentals, materials, and vendor coordination.
Once a booking is confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively for your event.
Event Cancellations
If a client cancels an event:

Payments already made may be non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date and what services or products have already been purchased.

Any non-recoverable costs already incurred by Five Willows Events, including custom décor, florals, rentals, vendor payments, or specialty items, will not be refunded.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Clients may request to reschedule based on availability.

Rescheduling requests made at least 14 days before the event may be accommodated at our discretion.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date one time only.

Last-minute rescheduling requests may require additional fees.
Custom Décor, Florals & Specialty Orders
Custom items, personalized décor, florals, signage, and specialty orders are final sale and non-refundable once production or ordering has begun.
Rental Items
Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen rental items during the rental period. Replacement or repair fees may apply.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Outdoor events and picnic setups may be affected by weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust plans when possible, but refunds are not guaranteed for circumstances outside of our control.
